Before I write real code we agree on the screens, the flows and how it will be built. It saves a lot of back and forth later.

Build
I share preview links every few days so you can click around and give feedback while things are still easy to change.

Launch and after
I handle the release and check that everything works. I'm still around after launch for fixes and small changes.

Yes. I prepare the listing and the permission explanations and submit it using your developer account.
Will it work in Edge, Brave and Arc?
Those browsers are all built on Chromium, so in most cases yes, sometimes with small changes.
